A midsummer’s afternoon omelette

I made an occasionally-weekly stop at the Morningside Greenmarket this morning and picked up baby yellow and green squashes. What else is this omelette girl to make but one of her tortillas. Actually, I think this would be considered a frittata. But I am not being technical here; it’s more whatever I feel like calling it. I suppose the proper tortilla has potatoes in it.
